Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using French Tutoring (frenchtutoring.careerboost.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

French Tutoring provides online French language tutoring through live video sessions, written exercises, and personalized coaching programs. Services are delivered remotely via video conferencing tools.

3. Accounts and Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use our services.

4. Programs and Pricing

  • Program prices are displayed in USD and FCFA on our website.
  • Prices may change without prior notice. Existing subscribers are not affected until their next renewal.
  • The 3-month plan includes one bonus 45-minute session every Saturday, in addition to the regular Monday-Friday sessions.

5. Payments

  • Payments are processed securely via FeexPay (Mobile Money and credit card).
  • All payments are final. No refunds are provided for sessions already scheduled or completed.
  • If you experience a payment issue, contact us within 48 hours.

6. Cancellation and Suspension

  • You may pause your program at any time by contacting us.
  • Unused sessions are carried over and do not expire during an active subscription.
  • If you cancel, remaining sessions from a paid period are forfeited.

7. Session Scheduling

  • Sessions are scheduled between 9:00 AM and 11:00 PM (Paris time), Monday to Friday.
  • The Saturday bonus session (3-month plan) is scheduled within the same time window.
  • We adapt to your time zone. Session times are agreed upon during onboarding.
  • Sessions must be cancelled at least 12 hours in advance to be rescheduled.

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials, exercises, and content provided during sessions are for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share them without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

French Tutoring is not responsible for technical issues beyond our control (internet outages, device failures). Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
